Refund policy
All Refunds & Returns Are Hassle & Risk-Free, Quick & Easy! We strive to give our customers the best experience possible. If for whatever reason, you're unsatisfied with our cables, we will fully refund you and do our absolute best to make your experience as amazing as possible!
Returns
Our policy lasts 50 days. If 50 days have gone by since you have received your product(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note that our policy starts 50 days after you receive your package. We will not refund your purchase while your packet is in transit. Only once your package is sent to your address (trackable through the tracking ID #) does the 50 day return policy start.
50 days after your package arrives at your address, the return policy no longer applies and refunds will not be issued.Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you have cancelled an order while it's in transit, we will only accept unopened packages for return. If an opened package is sent for a return, it will not be accepted. This does not apply for returns under our 50 day warranty.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellation is not possible once your order leaves our warehouse. If you choose to cancel you order before it leaves our warehouse, we will fully refund you & cancel the order promptly.
If your order has already left our warehouse, you may return it to us for a full refund - package must be un-opened to be accepted for a return & refund. We reserve the right to deny any refund requests if you do not comply with this.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refunds will not be accepted while an item is in transit - with the exception of any order taking more than 35 business days to arrive. Any order that takes longer than 35 business days can be refunded (in certain cases) while in transit.Â
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us through our contact form located under "Contact Us"
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
